Our Patt Davis Memorial Spay/Neuter Program provides qualified applicants with free spay neuter surgery for their cats and dogs.
Because our funds are limited and demand is high, we ask that only those City of Dallas residents who cannot afford to sterilize their pet(s) submit an application.
This program is for spay neuter only and pain medication. Any additional veterinarian vaccinations/expenses are the responsibility of the pet owner.

MAC reimburses the Veterinarian for the cost.

All participating veterinarians require at
a minimum current rabies vaccinations prior to the surgery. If you do not bring proof of rabies vaccination with you to the surgery appointment, they will require your pet to have a rabies shot before they perform the surgery.
