NTSNC, a branch of the United Humanitarians, is a coalition of humane organizations, veterinarians, and concerned individuals who are dedicated to ending dog and cat overpopulation through proactive methods such as spaying and neutering and humane education. NTSNC is an all volunteer organizations that is funded by membership dues of humane organizations such as Flower Mound Humane Society, Ahimsa, UNT Feral Cat Rescue Group, and many other humane organizations.

NTSNC runs the Neuter Express, a transportation service (limited areas) for those who cannot drive their dogs and cats to the veterinarian for spaying and neutering. NTSNC also offers discounted or free spays and neuters.
